        We offer full working drawings. That will help meet your local government requirements. All timber sizes are nominated and detailed quantity lists are supplied. You the builder also has detailed drawings of the wall frames with each timber member shown where it belongs. We make it easy for the owner builder  to get their home to a lock up stage. Armed with your pre-prepared quantity lists, you can price your materials, order them and then assemble your house ready for the specialized trades , such as the plumber and electrician, to move in after you have created your dream house.

        These detailed drawings include tie down details so your home will withstand wind speeds of 42 metres per second. Other detailed drawings show beam connections, handrail joinery, stairs, window hoods and much more. You can contact me direct if you have any major problems.

        Some other options also will be supplied such as soffit finishes and external cladding options. We also supply a check list of what happens next and of course the most important part, where to start. The check list will take you all the way through the construction processes giving you helpful hints to save you time and money. As we have built these houses here in Queensland , North East Australia, we can help you avoid any traps in the building process.         Pre-cut kits come with most timber lengths, ready to assemble on site. Some timbers may have to be cut on site as slight variations may occur on site during construction. We will help you through these sections with detailed drawings of each wall individually.
